Refund and Cancellation Policy

- If you claim a product leakage or damage during the delivery process, you can email us with details. We will facilitate a product exchange for any item returned in an undamaged, saleable condition, within its original packaging, and that can be verified as damaged or faulty.
- In case of Product Damage or Leakage, we employ the cancellation and refund policy. However, in the rare instance that you receive a product that has leaked or has been damaged during the delivery process, we are here to assist you. We strive to ensure the safe and secure delivery of our products to you. Once all the details are received, it will take our team 3 working days to revert to the complaint/ query/ issue. If your exchange request is approved following your complaint, you will receive a notification along with an authorization number. Additionally, a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged for your convenience.
- In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will be reflected in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same. No cash refunds are permitted.
